It wont come out.But,the smbx remastered will come .Maybe for 2 or 3 years they said.

One word: Never. Development on SMBX has ceased to continue for copyright reasons ever since Redigit got that phone call from Nintendo in 2011.

From what i've heard, it might make a comeback.

Actually,now there is a slighty different version,1.3.0.1 In here http://www.supermariobrosx.org/.(but it still isnt 1.4)I downloaded it today.The older version was 1.3.The difference is that the music and sound effects are increased in quality,Toad has more dots on his head(or fungus),1 SMW and 1 SMB3 new sizables are added,the intro level is different,some slopes are fixed,etc.But it still doesnt make any difference.

edit:After exploring the forum,I found out that Rommel already posted about the new version.So this was all for naught.Oh well...

Got good news, the community in the official smbx forums that the forum users are teaming up to program a new version of SMBX, called SMBX BETA, or SMBX 1.4.1/1.4.2

Woooow!!!!.Actually,I wanted to post about this too,but it wasnt this.I saw something on the smbx forums saying that theres a SMBX 2.0 Beta(but I think this is it).And also reghrere was Redigit the whole time(thats what they are saying anyways).But anyways,yeaaaaaaaaah!!!
